BMF - Fixed Price

BMF Standard is a complete installation of the full BMF Systems in your company's existing Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online solution. You get perpetual ownership of the solution.

Implementation and Startup (DKK 30,000):
Covers installation, configuration and basic customisation in your environment, as well as superuser training.

Licence - One-time payment (DKK 75,000):
Provides unlimited rights to use the BMF solution in your organisation, regardless of the number of users.

Support and insurance (1 year included):
First year support, maintenance and software updates are included. This ensures that the system is kept compatible and functioning. After the first year, an optional support agreement can be signed for DKK 2,500/month, which continues to cover updates and basic support.

BMF - Dynamic Licence

Implementation and Startup:
Covers installation, configuration, basic customisation and instruction. Price varies depending on company size ().

Continuous Licence:
A monthly price based on number of employees ( without discount). This licence covers the right to use the software as well as ongoing updates and basic support.

Payment at startup:
Shows the total cost of implementation plus the first month's licence (for monthly payment) or implementation plus the full annual licence with 20% discount (for annual payment).

Annual Billing / Total Annual Cost:
Monthly payment shows the total cost for a full year including implementation. In subsequent years, only the licence part is paid. With annual payment, the annual invoicing is equal to the start-up payment and subsequent years the discounted licence price is paid.

This model provides flexibility and scalability as the licence cost follows the size of the company.
