Implementation and Startup:
Covers installation, configuration, basic customisation and instruction. Price varies depending on company size ().

Continuous Licence:
A monthly price based on number of employees ( without discount). This licence covers the right to use the software as well as ongoing updates and basic support.

Payment at startup:
Shows the total cost of implementation plus the first month's licence (for monthly payment) or implementation plus the full annual licence with 20% discount (for annual payment).

How our prices and annual costs work:
If you choose monthly payment, the price you see listed is the total price for the entire first year. This total includes the cost of the system licence itself plus the cost of having the system implemented and set up on your premises. This total annual price will be broken down so that you pay it in 12 monthly instalments. From the second year onwards, you only pay for the licence itself each month, as the implementation is already covered in the first year's payments.

However, if you choose annual payment, i.e. payment for a whole year at a time, you pay a one-off amount in the first year, which we call the start-up payment. This amount covers both the implementation/setup and the licence for the entire first year. From the second year onwards, you continue to pay annually, but now only for the licence. Because you pay annually, you get this licence at a discounted price compared to the normal licence price.

The bottom line is that the implementation cost is always part of the first year's payment, regardless of whether you pay monthly or annually. After the first year, you only pay for the licence, and annual payment gives a discount on the licence from the second year onwards.
