Get started with incident management with ease
Incident management is one of the most important functions of a management system. Incident reporting and overview
Employees can report incidents via their mobile phones or desktops, which are then handled by the quality manager who can categorise and deepen root cause analysis, communicate the case to the responsible employee and implement corrections with a focus on continuous improvement. The user can add one or more images that are uploaded and saved in the incident report.
All incidents are displayed in an overview where managers can apply root cause analysis and delegate corrections and, for example, specify other managers to follow the process. The displayed overview can be exported to an Excel sheet.
Visualisation
Incident visualisation allows you to display graphs of current deviations in specific areas and highlight the areas that require attention to ensure continuous improvement. The system makes it easy to compare and analyse trends, helping you monitor the effectiveness of your progress. In addition, data from BMF is easy to integrate with Power BI so you can create your own customised visualisations.
Buy incident management separately if you don't need the whole package
BMF can be scaled as needed. If you only need the incident module, you can purchase this separately - and you can always expand with additional features or the entire management system when you're ready. Whatever you choose, it's part of your existing SharePoint solution and your data resides with you - not us. So also from a governance perspective, BMF is a safer and simpler choice.
